Here are the Rhetorik360 product highlights for August.

Current Data Release:

We released updates to the Rhetorik360 core data Monday, August 25, 2025. Customers of all our products can now see the current updates for Profiles, Contacts, Companies, Office and Technographics.

Developments: R360 App users will enjoy 40% faster load times of our data counts in the headers along with improved performance of our list uploading feature. The list feature capacity has been expanded to support a maximum of 10,000 records.

We met with all our API customers over the past several weeks to review the changes to Reveal All and as a result we will be adjusting the number fields we include in the preview (Reveal All = False) capability.

A finalized list of the fields that will be included in “Reveal All” has been included in an update to our documentation site. In the data dictionaries there is a new column “Reveal All = False” for each of our data collections.

These changes will go into production on September 15, 2025.

This change will only affect API customers on credit driven agreements.

Upcoming Changes

Customers have been asking us to include the Company name in profiles as it appears on the social profile (we call it Raw Company Name). The team is making the final changes to our systems and the data should be available in the September build. We will expand our profile API search parameters to include these fields as a fast follower to the data release.

Data Enhancements

  • Technographics – Premium technology intelligence grew by 25M new entries, unlocking even more high-value data for advanced segmentation.
  • Profiles – Address data coverage improved with 11M+ more addresses to improve accuracy in location-based targeting.
  • Offices - Coverage expanded with 8.5M more offices mapped to state-level details, strengthening regional analysis.

Issues

The index that controls the Job Functions and Job Seniorities broke earlier in the month resulting in unexpected changes to the values in the drop-downs for these facets. Users of both the R360 App and R360 Portal were impacted. We repaired the index and put everything back in order. As mentioned last month, we continue to improve the user experience and performance of the R360 App. Users should notice as significant reduction in the time it takes to display data counts, and the file upload feature has been fixed.
