Dear Colleague,

Thank you for your patience this month. Due to the addition of a new field in profiles
we needed to reprocess our complete data set. It’s a massive under-taking that
involves touching billions of records, but we got it done.

Current Data Release
We released updates to the Rhetorik360 core data Friday, October 3, 2025.
Snowflake Share customers can access the current updates for Profiles, Contacts,
Companies, Office and Technographics. R360 App and Portal customers will have
access Tuesday of this week.

Developments
We heard from customers that the company name provided on the social profile
(raw company) name would be helpful for their analysis, and we have added it to
our profiles.

As of this release you will find the name provided with the profile, or raw, company
name in your profile search results in the resume section when you retrieve a profile
(resume_data.experiences.raw_company_name).We will be adding this field
as search criteria in our APIs in the coming months.

Tagging a contact phone as a mobile number is a much in demand enhancement
has made significant progress this month. Look for the new tags in the next
schedule release at the end of this month.

R360 App – we continue to make improvements behind the scenes to improve the
performance of the application.

Data Enhancements
You should notice several significant improvements we have made to our data
linkages, phone types, email coverage, and tagging, this release. We are still
assessing all the changes, but here are few of the more noticeable highlights:

Profiles:

  • Phone coverage improved by 60%, with over 135k profiles now containing
    phone numbers
  • Email coverage for profiles has increased by 31%, or 30M. We now have
    125M profiles with one or more mails
  • Tagging has improved across profiles (resume_data) tags increasing over
    25%.

Contacts

  • Grew to over 84M this month, a 38% increase
  • Company linkages within contacts improve by 37%

Companies- Domain coverage increased 6.4% to 24.5M Web URLs

Offices - Company ID linkages increased by 2.3M to 298M

Technographics – Premium technology intelligence coverage continues to grow, with
another 12M detected technologies being added this month.

Issues

Data - We did identify one bug as a result of the reprocessing that impacted Office
Address data data block negatively. The team will be investigating that this week
and we will look to improve those numbers in the next publication run, if not sooner.

Unrelated to reprocessing, isers reported a small number of profiles with duplicate
Profile IDs cropped up. We have eliminated the duplicates and addressed the
issue.
