October 2025 Release Notes

Here are the Rhetorik360 product highlights for the October 2025 release

Current Data Release

As of yesterday, October 30, all our products have the current data for Profiles, Companies, Office and Technographics.

Some highlights from this month’s build:

· Tagging continues to improve with nearly 95% coverage of profile with tags, either profile, resume or contact tags. (We did have an issue with email tags, see below)

· The address formatting benefited by our reprocessing efforts last month, with over 77% increase of coverage for formatted addresses

· New logic implemented has improved the employee count coverage and accuracy across profiles

· Contacts grew to over 84M, a 38% increase

· Company linkages within contacts improve by 37%

· Contact phone counts grew to 64M company phone numbers

Developments

· App Performance: We have made significant performance improvements and tweaks to the R360 App, resulting in a faster and more responsive experience.

Issues

· Email Issue Resolution: We identified an issue that affects 8% of our profiles with emails [email tag indicated “has phone”, but the phone number was “ “, or blank]. The affected email values be removed as well as the corresponding tags. We will complete that work next week and republish the impacted records.

· Deduplication efforts are underway to clean up a very small percentage profiles that have either poorly formatted Linkedin urls, or have the same profile.id.
