November 2025 Release Notes
Here are the Rhetorik360 product highlights for the November 2025 release (published December 2, 2025).
Current Data Release
Thank you for your patience this month. We had a very large file set from one of our partners to process that set us back a few days.
Snowflake customers can now access our latest data for Profiles, Companies, Office and Technographics. API and R360 App customers will be able to see the newest data on Thursday, Dec 4.
Our goal for December is to distribute the file before the holiday break, right now we are targeting December 23 for the next release.
Some highlights from this month’s build:
r-skill coverage increased to 47%, we added skills to an additional 8M profiles and removed duplicate skills from a number of profiles We improved the profile phone (business or mobile) and profile email (business, personal, or other) type classifications coverage Contact phones decreased by 6M this month, but we anticipate recapturing those in the late December build
Developments
**Enhanced Recency Signals in Profile Data
To provide you with clearer insights into profile freshness, we are adding seven new date fields to your profile data. You can now pinpoint the last time key professional attributes were updated for an individual. These additional fields will be available in the late December release.
These new fields will allow you to track the recency of:
Internal Job Changes (last_internal_job_change_date)
External Job Changes (last_external_job_change_date)
Contact Information (last_contact_update_date)
Education History (last_education_update_date)
Skills (last_skills_update_date)
Overall Profile Freshness (last_profile_update_date)
Profile Location (last_profile_location_update_date)
These new date fields will be in the main profile tables.
R360 App: Profile Downloads
User have told us there are times when the ability to download profile data would serve their needs best, so we are adding that feature later this month. Each profile record downloaded will count as 1 credit. The CSV for profiles will be limited to actionable information about the profile, including phone and email numbers for the profile and the company name and id.

Portal and R360 App
We are updating the login page to align with the Lightcast branding guidelines. Same great content in a new wrapper.
Issues
Some profiles contained duplicate r-skills due to a processing error. The pipeline has been corrected, and the duplications have been removed in this month’s data run.
