June 2025 Release Notes
Exciting News! We are changing the name of the Neuron360 Product family to Rhetorik360.
Same great data products with a new name that better reflects the power of our integrated data
Starting Monday customers will be redirected from our current URLs to the new ones automatically. We will leave the redirects in place through the end of August, so you have time to adjust your systems.
API Customers: will be proxied from api.neuron360.io -> api.rhetorik360.io (you do not need to change your api keys and your integrations should not be impacted.)
App Customers: will be redirected from app.neuron360.io -> app.rhetorik360.io.
Portal Customers: will be redirected from portal.neuron360.io -> portal.rhetorik360.io.
Our documentation site, docs.neuron360.io will be moved to docs.rhetorik360.io. The current URL will redirect you automatically.
ProfileFinder customers will not be impacted.
Please update any bookmarks you have set to the new URLs.
Current Data Release
We released updates to the Neuron360 (Rhetorik360 !) core data today, June 20, 2025. Customers of all our products can now see the current data for Profiles, Companies, Office and Technographics.
Developments
As we migrate our customers to our new App we are getting some great feedback on enhancements we could make. We appreciate the feedback, keep it coming! We will prioritize and incorporate your requests in coming releases as appropriate.
A positive, yet subtle change was implemented in how our social link searches work. We now normalize your search from the many possible variations and return valid results without forcing you to input precisely formatted Linkedin URLs. This works the same way in our APIs and in the App.
Data Enhancements
Skills – we have added Rhetorik Skills to an additional 20M profiles this month. With this expanded coverage we now have 253M profiles that have been enriched with our skill coverage. Issues
Some of our API customers experienced significant 502 errors and empty results sets this month causing disruptions to their business. The issues have been resolved through a combination of system changes on our end, working with customers to modify the queries they are sending us, and adjusting the throttle rate of our APIs to a new standard, 100 requests per minute per API endpoint. This rate is equivalent with other data services in our market.
Additionally, the social link search feature was not working properly. This has been addressed as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we worked the issues.
