July 2026 Release Notes

Here are the Rhetorik360 release notes for July, published July 24, 2026.

Current Data Release

Snowflake Data Share Customers can now access the current data for Profiles, Contacts, Companies, Offices, and Technographics. Rhetorik API and R360 App customers will see the changes on Tuesday, July 28.

Profiles/Contacts – Total profiles published: 738M / Contacts: 108M

We have a significant lift in our email collection this month due to inclusion of new data sources. Over 50M email addresses were added to the array of emails contained in profiles. The list, or array, of email addresses includes business and personal emails, with both current and non-current statuses. This array is helpful for matching and enrichment purposes.

As we process and validate the new business emails we have received, we should see a lift in the business emails attached to contacts in the coming months.

Companies/Offices – Total companies published: 317M / Offices: 334M

Both companies and office counts are up less than 1% this month, with increases of 2M in Companies and 4M more offices added to the collection.

Issues

Several customers have experienced higher-than-expected bounce rates from their email campaigns. We are working on bringing the bounce rate back to our target of 10% or less over the next several months. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing your business.

Notices

As part of the integration of Rhetorik into Lightcast, the legacy Rhetorik Snowflake URL will be retired on July 31, 2026. If you are affected, you will have received a separate email with the new endpoint details and steps to update your connection. Credentials and account configuration remain unchanged.
