January 2026 Revised Profiles Release

We have republished the January release of Rhetorik360 Profiles to address several issues.

Recap of Issues:

Profiles – We have identified and resolved two core issues affecting the overall quality of the Profiles data. The revised January data is available in Snowflake for Share customers. API and Rhetorik360 App Customers will be able to access the refreshed data on Monday, February 9.

We addressed two issues:

A significant number of experiences contained NULL, an invalid value, as the company name. This was due to an error in our logic that links companies to experiences. We corrected the issue and removed the impacted records. There are a total 1.6B experiences in this update, down from 2B. We also updated our pipeline to better identify and remove stale and duplicate profiles. As a result, we removed 14.6% of profiles. There are now 759M profiles.

We took this action mid-month to better serve several customers who were waiting for this remediation before ingesting the data.

We will publish the February release later this month as scheduled.
