January 2026 Release Notes
Here are the Rhetorik360 product highlights for the January 2026 release.
Current Data Release**
Snowflake Data Share Customers can now access the current data for Profiles, Contacts, Companies, Offices, and Technographics. API and R360 App customers will see the changes tomorrow. We are pleased to be back on schedule with this month’s release.
2025 Recap**:
It was an exciting year on many fronts, capped off by our joining Lightcast in July! Here are some of the highlights of the improvements we made to our data over the last year:
Profiles – We ended the year with 888M global profiles covering 100+ countries. That’s a 50M+ increase in the last 12 months. This increase is due to our increased coverage, refined assembly rules, and the growth in social profiles globally. Additionally, we added eight new fields that give you better insights into the changes within a profile, making it easy to spot job movements within a company and job changes.
Skills have increased to 6.5 billion individual skills spread across 430M profiles. We continue to maintain r-skills coverage of 48 percent of the professionals in our collection.
Companies – We ended the year with over 300M companies and an even more impressive 32M domains associated with a company. Domain coverage is critical to our ability to associate the company with our technographic analysis.
Contacts– We began 2025 with 70M contacts and have substantially grown the collection to 92M business contacts over the year. Every contact has either a business phone or a business email associated with them to ensure they are actionable.
The R360 App was launched in April, and we have continued to improve its performance and usability since then. The latest improvement is a more concise download table for contact exports. Users let us know that there were several fields we included in the download originally that were not needed. With this month’s release, the export table for contacts and profiles is the same format.
APIs – we improved the reliability and scalability of our APIs and underlying infrastructure in 2025 to respond to the explosive growth in demand.
Issues – several customers have observed variances between the current experience in the contacts node and the resume current experience, for a limited number of profiles. The team is currently investigating the issue, and we will communicate the resolution as soon as we have more info.
Kind Regards,
