February 2026 Release Notes
Dear Colleague,
Here are the Rhetorik360 product highlights for the February release, published March 2, 2026.
Current Data Release
Snowflake Data Share Customers can now access the current data for Profiles, Contacts, Companies, Offices, and Technographics. API and R360 App customers will see the changes on Thursday.
As we mentioned in our previous email, we identified a small number of companies whose domain URLs were assigned incorrectly due to a faulty vendor feed. We identified the companies impacted, corrected those records to reflect the right domains, and restored the linkages to the appropriate profiles. While the total number of companies was quite small, the impact on misaligned profiles was amplified when a global company had the wrong domain assigned to it.
To prevent this from recurring we have implemented several layers of additional protection, focusing on the largest global employers and validating any changes to the core linking tables.
Profiles
We did some aggressive spring cleaning of profiles this month, sweeping out stale and inactive profiles (those that no longer show up in any of our sources). The new net profile count is 758M.
APIs – We added additional search capabilities to our Profiles API. With the current release, users will be able to search by the following:
Phone and phone types – (business, mobile, DDI, or other) Last Seen Date (the last time a profile was in a feed from a vendor, even if no data was changed) Education (degree, institution, last date, specialization), and Raw Company Name. Each of these fields has the standard query parameters: is_one_of, is_not_one_of, exists, and does_not_exist.
We appreciate your patience this month while we addressed these important matters. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Kind Regards,
Jim Longo
